An Infinite Heart Nutrition is built on positive and healthy relationships that foster the principles of social work practice to the foundations of nutrition is a supportive and empowering approach. I will work with you to explore the deeper issues of your relationships with food and the emotional weight that is holding your back from the health and life you want. Through nutritional assessment, social work experience, the underlying psychology of our habits and patterns alongside a deep passion, I deliver high end nutritional coaching for people looking to find their vibrance, health, and let go of the diet mentality.

I believe that we cannot effectively nourish our bodies and support our minds to create sustainable change unless we understand our patterns, habits, and our relationships with food. I am a Registered Social Worker and a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant ™ and I am here to help you move forward with your health and enjoy amazing food while you do it, in a way that won't leave you feeling alone or overwhelmed!

It is about connecting with you on a weekly basis to make sure that your plan is working and that you aren't feeling alone or overwhelmed amidst the change. I am here to help you by making sustainable change in your life easy!

I offer both one on one and group programming! Depending on your needs and goals, we can absolutely find a program that works for you! If you are ready to explore the emotional aspect of health, nutrition, and weight imbalance - then we can decide together what the right path for you is!

The 12 week program is designed to not only help you shed those unwanted pounds, but also to help support you in understanding your relationship with food, and how your experiences have shaped that relationship. This is an intensive 12 week program with a weekly coaching session alongside weekly activities to stimulate your weight loss and foster a positive relationship with food and your body image.

This is the start of something magical! The program that gets the ball rolling on your new lifestyle! Happy {HEALTHY} Habits is designed to assess your body's imbalances and support your from there with a meal plan, food ideas, specific nutrients and lifestyle recommendations. Not only do you get the primary assessment and meal plan delivery, but also a follow up session to adjust you plan, track your progress, and keep you motivated for progress!
